How it Works
3. Schools/Organizations Request Events
Schools and organizations who would like an event can fill out the Event Request Form. On this form, they can select a club near them to see the events that club holds. You will also be asked to propose up to 4 possible dates that this event can take place. If you would like a club’s help for a specific event and day, please select “I would like to request a different/specific activity” in the options.
1.Clubs Sign Up
Clubs fill out the Club Sign Up form. After filling out basic information, they will be asked to provide 2-4 examples of activities they are willing to run for events. Any specifications are detailed in the form instructions.
2. Club Page is Created
The information clubs provide on the signup form is used to design their personalized page that schools and organizations can then access. Please allow for some processing time while we transfer your information and design your page.
4. The Connection is Made
A copy of your responses will be sent to the club of your choosing. For safety reasons, the club representative's contact information will not be available unless they decide to reach out to you for an event. While Club Connected encourages clubs to respond in a timely manner, we can not guarantee that a club will choose to reach out or how the event will go. Club Connected is primarily a resource used to put people in contact with one another but is not responsible for any other aspects of the educational events.
